In addition to the cooperation pedagogy, I use a participatory approach with the intention of enhancing knowledge and creating conditions for co-responsibility to be the connection of great results, integrating social technologies such as world café, open space technology, peer spirit circle, pro-action café, IDM, among others. Knowing when and how to use them is a true art. I am impressed to see how much more we are when we are together!
