My Path
I graduated in biology, passionate about natural processes. In 2007, I attended a training by Sharing Nature Foundation. Since then I have been working as an environmental educator with many schools, different age groups and different group configurations. I won a scholarship to attend The Art of Participatory Leadership training in Turkey. I fell in love with human development and collaborative processes and never stopped training myself and working with it. In 2010 I founded a company, Iandê, with my partner Eduardo Vitale. There we mentor people, public and private organizations, with the purpose of promoting a culture of peace and sustainability. I was an Associate Consultant at Reos Partners for a few years, an international innovative organization that works on complex social issues. The educational universe captivated me. In 2014 I tutored a counter-shift program at a rural school with elementary classes, where we worked on an investigative view, dialogue, cooperation and emotional inteligence. In the same year, I was the teacher of several projects at Lumiar school, where I was able to work with all classes. After becoming a mother, I graduated in pedagogy. In the first years of my children's lives, I did homeschooling with free play, receiving many children at home every week. I like to work with different ages.
