Home in the Montains

Great place for those looking for a refuge close to São Paulo.

We built our house with anthroposophic architecture, on top of the mountain. We realized that it would not be just for us, it has the purpose of inspiring people, showing that it is possible to combine comfort and beauty with care for nature. Far beyond the physical space (which in itself is wonderful), we offer the EXPERIENCE. We are looking for guests in persue of a contemplation moment, well-being and health care.

The House

Very robust house, thick walls, PVC frame with double glazing, excellent thermal and acoustic sealing. Panoramic views from all rooms, lots of glass. We are privileged to enjoy both sunrise and sunset!

Upstairs there are a very large living room with planned and integrated kitchen, toilet, internal service area. On the floor below, there are a suite and two more bedrooms, all with their own entrance from the deck. There is a children spot under the stairs. The showers have great pressure, with mineral water! The floor is made of wood, and walls with ecological paint based on lime.

The place

Land with almost 3000 m2, forests and trails around the house, yard fruit trees in development. Great location, less than 3 km from the center of Santo Antônio do Pinhal, 15 minutes by car from Campos do Jordão.

The suite

We offer the best room we have, a large one, with its own entrance through the deck and separated from the rest of the house by two wooden doors, providing more privacy. There is no guardrail in suite's deck, providing it an infinity-edge view. A good place for morning yoga practices. There are hammocks inside and outside the room.

The bathroom has a large bench, hygienic shower, niche, strong mineral water bath, sink faucet with hot and cold water and towel rack.

Guest acess

Guests who rent just the suite will be able to use the shared areas of the house, that is, living room, kitchen, service area, decks, backyard.

Important: our house is at the top of the mountain, to get there you need to take 1km of dirt road. In rainy season 4x4 makes a difference. If you don't have one, we can arrange to pick you up if necessary. You can walk easly to the center, inspite the hills.

Other observations

We, the hosts of the house, work with the art of hosting meaningful conversations, the art of relating together and deep ecology. We value respect and care for space and sustainable practices. Family coexistence is very welcome, we really like smart board games and good music. I like to practise piano.

If you wish, we can offer many services, like morning yoga, trails of connection with (your) nature, recognition of medicinal plants in the forest, session to work on any issue that is burning inside you or your family/couple, kiirtan , detox food, and so on. You can see our menu of services below.
